张宁

人简介

张宁,博士,教授,博士生导师,独立课题组长。入选国家及山东省海外高层次青年人才,泰山学者青年专家德国科学基金会卓越集群CIBSS Launchpad Programme担任德国弗莱堡大学CIBSS学术委员会委员、Plant PhysiologyPhysiologia Plantarum期刊编委。2008年获佳木斯大学学士学位,2011年获河北师范大学硕士学位,2017年获中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所博士学位2017-2024年在德国弗莱堡大学进行博士后研究工作2024年入职山东农业大学农学院。长期从事作物株型和根系干细胞调控机制方面的研究,在Nature GeneticsNature PlantsMolecular PlantEMBO JournalPlant Cell等国际主流学术期刊上发表论文10余篇,荣获Wiley威立中国高贡献作者奖”目前,课题组立足于应对全球气候变化与推动农业可持续发展的重大挑战,以小麦根系构型调控为核心,主要从干细胞与根系发育调控、根系向性(水分、重力和养分分布等)与环境可塑性、根系逆境适应性等方面开展研究,解析小麦根系发生与建成的关键机制,为作物精准设计和现代农业发展提供创新性解决方案。

课题组科研环境自由开放,团队氛围友好融洽,鼓励并提供国内外学术交流、访学及会议机会,支持拓展学术视野并助力未来职业发展。课题组前期已积累了大量组学数据和遗传材料,奠定了坚实的研究基础,为后续科学研究和成果产出提供了有力保障。诚挚且热烈欢迎硕士生、博士生、博士后、客座研究生及本科实习生加入。
