吴长艾

 

 

个人简介

吴长艾,女,山东巨野人。2004年获得山东农业大学理学博士学位,至今在山东农业大学生命科学学院工作。生物化学与分子生物学国家级教学团队骨干。承担本科生《生物化学A》、《基础生物化学B》和《基因工程》;研究生《基因工程原理和技术》等课程的教学工作。主要从事粮食作物谷子耐盐、抗旱、高产、优质等重要性状控制基因的克隆、鉴定和遗传机制解析,进行谷子种质资源的耐盐性鉴定和耐盐抗旱抗除草剂谷子新种质创制。先后主持并承担转基因生物新品种培育科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划子课题国家自然科学基金山东省自然科学基金重大基础研究计划等课题14项。获国家发明专利10件,山东省自然科学二等奖1。在《Molecular Plant》、 Cell reports》、Plant Journal和《作物学报》等国内外著名学术刊物上发表研究论文60余篇。

 

教育教学工作

承担本科生《基础生物化学》,《基础生物化学实验》;研究生《基因工程原理与技术》、《基因表达调控》等课程的教学工作。

2. 谷子穗、籽粒等重要产量性状形成的遗传机制解析
