个人简介
张桂国,教授,博士生导师,动物科技学院副院长,学科主任。营养与代谢方向学科带头人,山东省牧草产业体系副首席岗位科学家,国家十四五重点研发项目首席专家,山东省功能性多糖国际联合实验室主任,农业农村部非粮饲料高效利用重点实验室常务副主任,山东省青年骨干教师,农村农业部饲料安全评审委员会专家,山东省林草资源品种审定委员会委员,山东畜牧兽医学会副秘书长,反刍动物科技专业委员会主任委员,草业科技专业委员会秘书长。先后在美国加州大学戴维斯分校、新西兰皇家农业科学院、新西兰林肯大学、北京大学生命科学院做访问学者。担任Nutrition Research and Practice杂志编委;近五年,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇。获山东省科技进步二等奖2项、神农中华农业科技奖2项,发明专利8项,主持制定山东省地方标准10项。当前主持国家重点研发计划、山东省重点研发计划,山东省牧草产业体系,山东省良种工程,农业农村部行业专项等重大科研项目10余项。

本实验室主要研究领域:
(1)组学营养:利用组学技术研究食品膳食纤维(功能型多糖)/功能性养分调控肠道微生物组、代谢组、转录组的途径来影响宿主生理、生长发育、食品品质的内在机制;
(2)营养与代谢:饲料养分、食品/饲料功能性成分代谢规律及对畜产品品质调控的组学机制;
(3)牧草产业:青贮玉米及优质牧草品种选育、高效生产技术;草畜一体化建设关键技术的研究、集成与示范。

个人简介
王宁新,博士,教授,博士生导师,植物保护学院昆虫学系系主任。山东省现代农业产业蜂体系副首席专家。山东省青年创新团队“害虫生物防治”团队负责人。中国昆虫学会产业委员会委员,山东昆虫学会常务理事。美国俄克拉荷马大学访问学者。
教育教学工作
主要承担本科生《普通昆虫学》和《农业昆虫学》,硕士研究生《昆虫学研究新技术》《植物保护技术与应用(案例)》,博士研究生《昆虫分子生物学》等课程的教学,主讲的课程《普通昆虫学》入选山东省一流课程。先后被学校评为“教学质量奖二等奖”,“青年教师讲课技能比赛一等奖”等。指导本科生SRT计划项目,互联网+创新创业大赛等多项比赛,个人获得“山东农业大学创新创业导师”。
