赵景鹏

个人简介
博士,副教授,博士研究生导师,中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会理事,家畜环境卫生学分会理事,全国动物营养指导委员会“蛋鸡营养分会”委员,山东莒县蛋禽科技小院(中国农村专业技术协会科技小院)首席专家,美国北卡罗来纳州立大学家禽科学系访问学者,主要研究方向为家禽营养生理与健康养殖。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项、常规面上项目2项,十三五国家重点研发计划子课题1项,十四五国家重点研发计划子课题1项,山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项,山东省博士后创新基金专项资金资助项目1项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文20余篇,获山东省科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖1项,中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖1项。主编论著1部,副主编论著1部
教育教学工作
讲授本科生课程:家禽生产学、动物福利学、家畜环境卫生学、饲料安全学、宠物饲料、宠物饲养、养马学等。
讲授研究生课程:畜禽生态与环境控制、动物分子营养与实验技术、现代农业产业研究与实践等。
主编或副主编论著:家禽养殖福利评价技术、蛋鸡健康高效养殖环境手册。
科学研究工作
智慧牧业领域研究方向:家禽营养代谢智能捕获与靶向精准调控,包括家禽营养代谢即时化、原位化、智能化检测技术和家禽功能性营养素稳态化载运、智能靶向递送技术。
科研简介:在家禽营养学与环境生理学交叉领域开展研究工作,专注于蛋鸡、肉鸡营养与饲养技术创新,着力突破制约产业发展的痛点、难点,支撑粮食安全、饲料安全和食品安全。

于镇伟,男,博士后,副教授,硕导,青岛市科技特派员,中国博士后科技服务团成员,泰安市高层次人才,泰安市科技特派员,泰安市智能制造专家委员会服务团成员,中国农业工程学会高级会员,山东省农业机械学会畜牧机械委员会副主任委员。
